Satisfaction or return
If the client was not satisfied with the product, the maximum period of time to request the return
is stipulated in 7 calendar days after the order has been received. In such a case, the shipment
and delivery costs shall be borne by the client.
Before processing such return, the client must contact our sales department in the stated period
of time via e-mail at info@lifeislaf.com where such will be informed about how to make the return.
No return shall be processed if it has not been previously communicated.
In order to be able to admit the return, the product and its packaging must be in perfect
conditions, as well as containing all its accessories and origin documents. The item to be returned
must be properly packaged for its return.
IMPORTANT:
www.lifeislaf.com shall neither refund the amount nor make any forwarding of merchandise until
the reception and condition of the product, packaging and accessories of the item to be returned
or replaced have been verified.
The cost to be refunded is such originally stated on the order and the amount shall be refunded in
accordance with the payment method used by the client.
Originally defective product:
Once lifeislaf.com receives the defective product, you will be sent another one. In this case, the
replacement shall be always made by the same item or reference. You will only be charged for
the first shipment, being lifeislaf.com responsible for the carriage fees which correspond to the
return and new shipment. If you wish to make an exchange by another item, the return and new
shipment costs shall not be borne by lifeislaf.com.
Product is different, by mistake, from such ordered:
Lifeislaf.com shall bear all the costs for the collection of the wrong product and for the delivery of
such corresponding to the order made.
In case it is a gift:
If the product is unopened and in perfect conditions it may be replaced. The purchase amount
shall never be refunded, but it will be possible to make an exchange by an item with the same
or with a greater value. The shipment costs and the price difference, if any, shall be paid by the
person who makes the exchange.
The delivery times of our products in the peninsula and in Portugal are 24-48 hours after the order
has been placed. The delivery is made through Seur during the following day to its process.
